Cardholder Name Payment information: Your card details are securely stored using Stripe. We do not charge anything at the time of booking — a small preauthorisation may appear to confirm the card is valid, but no payment is taken until after your appointment.

The final charge is based on the services provided during your visit and is processed only after the appointment is complete.

If you'd prefer to use Klarna to split the payment, please let your vet or nurse know at the start of the visit. You’ll need to complete the Klarna checkout and show proof of payment before the appointment ends — otherwise, the saved card may be charged automatically.
